A bus crash near Richmond, Virginia, killed two people and injured dozens of others, some critically, Tuesday morning when it overturned on an exit ramp. The charter bus, owned by Massachusetts-based Tao’s Travel, was traveling from Orlando, Florida, to New York City when it crashed about 5:30 p.m. just south of Richmond. There were 56 passengers on board plus the driver, whom authorities identified as Yui Man Chow, 40, of Staten Island, New York.
